Order Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

Order Cancellation:

  1. Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

  3. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued using the original payment method.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Customers seeking a refund should contact our customer service team and provide details such as the order number and reason for the refund request.
  3. Refunds will be issued after deducting any applicable processing fees or charges.
  4. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and the timeline for the amount to be reflected may vary based on the payment provider.

Return Policy:

  1. Returns are accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described.
  2. Customers must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the product.
  3. To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team and provide details about the product and the reason for the return.
  4. The customer may be requested to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product.
  5. Upon verification, customers will receive instructions for returning the product, including any necessary return labels or shipping instructions.
  6. The returned product should be in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories and
    labels.
  7. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed based on the customer’s preference and product availability.

Exceptions:

  1. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
  2. If the product’s packaging is tampered with upon delivery, customers should refuse acceptance and immediately notify our customer service team.

Mr Tang has been immersed in the healthcare product market for a long time, has experience in developing international markets and solving complex business problems, cultivating a superb business acumen with an inspired sense of commitment for the healthcare product industry.

 

He leads and manages the company’s overall strategy, operations, and direction, ensuring ABEZT™ maintains a competitive advantage in the market, towards continued innovation and growth.

 

Together with the other founders, he will be responsible for the company’s performance, promoting a goal-oriented and performance-driven corporate strategy to complete ABEZT™ milestones, achieve profitable growth, and share the fruits of success with investors and distribution partners.

 

His observation of the inequality amongst distributors and enterprises in the industry is more akin to exploited labor, and therefore determined to break this cycle, distribute the company’s fruits of labor fairly, and fundamentally improve the relationship of distributors and employees.
