PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

This PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE serves as an integral part of the terms and conditions of all contractual relationship in the course of dealing with Abezt Holdings Berhad and its Subsidiaries (hereafter referred to as “ABEZT”) which may have required you to provide your personal data in furtherance of you seeking to enter into
a contractual relationship, or for purpose of updating information, as is required for the continuance of your contractual relationship, with one or more Subsidiary and/or was obtained from Third party service providers including credit reporting and other such agencies, to enable ABEZT to evaluate (or continue to evaluate) your intended or actual contractual relationship with one or more Subsidiary.

 

ABEZT is fully committed to protecting the rights and privacy of individuals, in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). For the purpose of this PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE, “Personal Data” is any information related directly or indirectly to an individual who is identified or identifiable from that information or from that and other information that ABEZT possesses.

 

ABEZT, as a data user that processes your Personal Data, abides by the PDPA’s 7 Data Protection principles, as briefly summarized below.

 

 

  1. General Principle – “Processing” means collecting, recording, holding or storing your personal data or carrying out any operation or set of operations on your Personal Data. By visiting our website or by interacting with us or by providing your Personal Data to ABEZT, you are deemed to have agreed to give consent to ABEZT to process your Personal Data for the stated lawful purposes as identified in this Notice.
  2. Notice and Choice Principle – Personal Data provided to ABEZT will be processed and used including but not limited for the following purposes:
    1. Internal record keeping.
    2. To provide for you and ABEZT to enter into necessary agreement and/or contract.
    3. To provide goods or services to you.
    4. To improve our goods and services.
    5. To enable you to provide goods or services to ABEZT.
    6. To assess your quotation and/or job application.
    7. To administer your participation in any contest/program organized by ABEZT.
    8. To conduct internal activities.
    9. To send you promotional details and revised offers based on your contractual obligations.
    10. To better understand your needs as our customer and service providers and or vendors.
    11. For security and fraud prevention purposes.
    12. For statistical analysis.
    13. For internal and external reporting at the relevant statutory bodies.
    14. For profiling your preferences.
    15. For compliance of ABEZT’s standard procedure on quality, safety and health policies.
    16. For finance and marketing activities.
    17. For corporate governance.
    18. For collection of outstanding payment from clients.
    19. For prevention of crime and/or illegal activities.
    20. For meeting any legal or regulatory requirements to our services and products and to make disclosure in compliance of legal and regulatory requirements of any applicable local and international law, direction, court order, by-law, guideline, circular, code of conduct to us or any member company of ABEZT group.
  3. Disclosure Principle – ABEZT may disclose your Personal Data to other companies within the group, service providers, merchants and ABEZT’s strategic partners, vendors including debt collection agencies, professional advisers, industry related associations, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies, governmental agencies OR any of their respective agents, servants and/or such persons, whether located within or outside Malaysia for the purposes stated in Item 2 above. Your Personal Data may also be disclosed or transferred to relevant third parties as a result of any restructuring, sale or acquisition of any company within the ABEZT group.
  4. Security Principle – ABEZT shall take practical steps to protect your Personal Data from any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. Your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, used and processed in a jurisdiction other than Malaysia, to companies under ABEZT which are located outside of Malaysia and/or where ABEZT’s servers are located outside of Malaysia. You understand and consent to the transfer of your Personal Data out of Malaysia as described herein.
  5. Retention Principle – ABEZT assures you that ABEZT will only retain your Personal Data as necessary and even then only for the duration necessitated by ABEZT’s internal requirements and/or relevant laws.
  6. Data Integrity Principle – ABEZT shall take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data is accurate, complete, not misleading and kept up-to-date by having regard to the purpose, including any directly related purpose, for which the Personal Data was collected and further processed.
  7. Access Principle – Should you be made aware of any inaccuracies, incompleteness, misleading Personal Data or where the Personal Data provided earlier have become out of date or you wish to withdraw your consent, kindly notify and submit your request in writing to the following address:

ABEZT reserves the right to impose a data processing fee for your request.

In respect of your right to access and/or correct your Personal Data, ABEZT has the right not to accede to your request to access and/or make any correction to your Personal Data for the reasons permitted under law, such as where the expense of providing access to you is disproportionate to the risks to you or another person’s privacy.

This notice on Personal Data is issued in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version, the Bahasa Malaysia version and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail. ABEZT reserves the right to modify, update or amend the terms of this Notice at any time by placing the updated

He leads and manages the company’s overall strategy, operations, and direction, ensuring ABEZT™ maintains a competitive advantage in the market, towards continued innovation and growth.

 

Together with the other founders, he will be responsible for the company’s performance, promoting a goal-oriented and performance-driven corporate strategy to complete ABEZT™ milestones, achieve profitable growth, and share the fruits of success with investors and distribution partners.

 

His observation of the inequality amongst distributors and enterprises in the industry is more akin to exploited labor, and therefore determined to break this cycle, distribute the company’s fruits of labor fairly, and fundamentally improve the relationship of distributors and employees.
