Mr Tang has been immersed in the healthcare product market for a long time, has experience in developing international markets and solving complex business problems, cultivating a superb business acumen with an inspired sense of commitment for the healthcare product industry.
He leads and manages the company’s overall strategy, operations, and direction, ensuring ABEZT™ maintains a competitive advantage in the market, towards continued innovation and growth.
Together with the other founders, he will be responsible for the company’s performance, promoting a goal-oriented and performance-driven corporate strategy to complete ABEZT™ milestones, achieve profitable growth, and share the fruits of success with investors and distribution partners.
His observation of the inequality amongst distributors and enterprises in the industry is more akin to exploited labor, and therefore determined to break this cycle, distribute the company’s fruits of labor fairly, and fundamentally improve the relationship of distributors and employees.
Ms Giam has been engaged in the entertainment industry, event planning, direct sales of healthcare, medical machinery, and other corporate functions. With her comprehensive business experience, she possesses strong team spirit and decision-making ability, and can oversee the company’s daily operations to ensure that the business runs efficiently and effectively. From production, marketing, to human resource management, she is perfect suited to ensure our resource allocation leads to profit maximization.
Uncompromising on quality, she ensures that each product can directly improve one’s vitality. Mr Ng heads the sales division, responsible for formulating sales strategies and plans, supervising the work of distribution partners, promoting the company’s sales growth, and improving sale conversions. He is also responsible for building relationships with customers, developing sales channels, and improving customer satisfaction.
For health foods, the main sales channels are distribution, e-commerce, and drugstores. He is responsible for establishing sales channels and designing marketing strategies, blueprints for distributors’ empowerment, etc.
Although brick-and-mortar drugstores are a relatively traditional sales channel, they are more favoured by the elderly because they are equipped with professional sales and medical staff. He also attaches great importance to the business growth brought about by traditional channels to better serve our target consumer group – the elderly.
Mr Soo guides the company’s development strategies and plans aimed at promoting the company’s long-term growth and success, including product positioning or overseas market expansion.
He has been immersed in the technology industry for a long time, differentiating ABEZT™ in a highly competitive market as a consumer-oriented enterprise and standing out through unique positioning and high-quality products. In the health food industry, which has a high development ceiling, he is in his element like a fish in water.
Through big data analysis of market research, he found ABEZT™ distinctive brand personality and precise consumer groups, so that consumers can feel our mission and enthusiasm, and drive endless purchasing power.
He is responsible for formulating the company’s technology strategy and planning to promote the company’s technology innovation and development.
The unit price of health food is slightly higher than that of general goods, but its light weight/low transportation cost, coupled with the low immediacy of product consumption, enjoys obvious sales advantages, coupled with the rapid development of e-commerce channels, definitely forming part of the company’s key areas of development.
However, the rise of e-commerce channels is relatively short, the attention division is high while consumer attention remains low; his first task is to increase ABEZT™ network exposure in the shortest possible time and use the interaction of various media to produce a fission effect, increasing brand recognition.
He is also the architect of ABEZT™ digital operation system. He also hopes that by building a digital architecture, distributors and employees can better develop new locales for the company with the help of high-end technology.
