  1. Order Confirmation: After placing an order on our website or Dealer/ VIP Portal, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review this email carefully to ensure all order details are accurate. Contact our customer support immediately if you spot any discrepancies.
  2. Order Verification: We may require additional information to verify your order, especially for first-time customers or high-value orders. This may include identity verification, address confirmation, or payment validation.

Shipping Methods: 

  1. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 3-5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  2. Express Shipping: For customers seeking expedited delivery, we offer an express shipping option at an extra charge. This choice typically results in a shorter delivery time compared to our standard shipping service.

Shipping Charges: 

  1. The shipping fee for Peninsular Malaysia is free for any purchase and RM15 for East Malaysia.

Delivery: 

  1. Delivery Partners: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.
  2. Delivery Address: Please provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  3. Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, they will leave a delivery notification with instructions for rescheduling or pickup at a nearby location.

Tracking Your Order: 

  1. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/ WhatsApp/Email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

Delivery Issues: 

  1. Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the order. We will promptly address the issue.

Mr Tang has been immersed in the healthcare product market for a long time, has experience in developing international markets and solving complex business problems, cultivating a superb business acumen with an inspired sense of commitment for the healthcare product industry.

 

He leads and manages the company’s overall strategy, operations, and direction, ensuring ABEZT™ maintains a competitive advantage in the market, towards continued innovation and growth.

 

Together with the other founders, he will be responsible for the company’s performance, promoting a goal-oriented and performance-driven corporate strategy to complete ABEZT™ milestones, achieve profitable growth, and share the fruits of success with investors and distribution partners.

 

His observation of the inequality amongst distributors and enterprises in the industry is more akin to exploited labor, and therefore determined to break this cycle, distribute the company’s fruits of labor fairly, and fundamentally improve the relationship of distributors and employees.
